Tracy has 25 years of experience in the BPO, Software, Staffing & Recruiting and Information Technology sectors, working within multiple capacities spanning sales, sales management & sales infrastructure design, talent acquisition & recruitment process outsourcing, and data quality consulting & implementation.

Tracy has received numerous sales, talent acquisition and management awards throughout his 25 year career span.  He has worked with over 200 midsized to F500 companies leading successful engagements and putting his clients interest at the forefront.

As Complete Data Quality’s VP of Sales, he leads the company’s organization for global sales, customer relationship management, sales operations, and partner alliances.  His teams are focused on bringing customers a new, innovative and turn key approach to analyzing, identifying, tracking, and resolving data quality issues.

Tracy earned a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Southern Illinois University.

Antonio Amorin is a pioneer and leader in data quality and has more than 20 years of experience in data modeling and profiling. Antonio has led projects for Fortune 100 companies focusing on data governance, data warehousing, master data management, data quality and metadata repository development. His work has spanned multiple industries ranging from insurance and financial services to manufacturing and the computer industry.

Antonio has founded a number of data companies since 2002, including Data Innovations and Data Clairvoyance Group, Inc., the later of which he sold in 2017.
